My name is Michael Ford. My wife, Arleen and I have been married for 39 years. Recently, I was diagnosed with stage 3 bladder cancer and have already completed 2 surgeries. I am an Owner Operator leased to Centurion Auto Transport. Unfortunately, I do not have health insurance and I am the sole provider for our family. Like many people, I never thought anything would happen to me.

My doctors have put together a very aggressive treatment plan for me and I am putting my faith in God to guide them and also protect my family. I come to you with sincere humility asking for your help. I do know how difficult it is for people to give, however I would appreciate anything you can do to help me with these unexpected expenses.
