Honoring the Life of Michael Contreras

Our hearts are broken as we share the passing of our beloved stepdad, Michael Contreras. His love, strength, and quiet wisdom shaped our lives in ways we’ll never forget.

Michael was the kind of man who never stopped working. If he wasn’t on the job, you could bet he was busy fixing something around the house or helping someone who needed it. He found joy in the simple things — spending time with his family, casting a line at his favorite fishing spot, or firing up the BBQ for a weekend cookout.

But what truly brought him the most happiness was his grandchildren. He absolutely adored each and every one of them. Whether it was playing, laughing, or simply spending time together, those moments of bonding were some of his greatest joys. The love he shared with them will live on forever in their hearts.

His passing was unexpected and has left a hole in our hearts that can never be filled. As we try to come to terms with this loss, we are also faced with the financial burden of giving him the memorial he deserves. We are hoping to raise $10,000 to help cover the cost of funeral and burial expenses, so we can honor Michael’s life with the same care and devotion he always gave to us.
