Support Michael Beard in His Battle Against T-Cell Lymphoma

A beloved family in our community is in need of help. Michael Beard is traveling to Houston, Texas for a stem cell transplant as part of his treatment for T-Cell Lymphoma. He will be using his own cells for the transplant.

Michael and his wife, Amy, will be in Houston for the next 3 months. One of those months will be inpatient care at the hospital, and the other two months will be frequent outpatient treatments.

Michael will be unable to work during these 3 months and likely for a considerable time after returning as his new immune system kicks in.

Their two children, Connor and Macy, are both in school. Connor will be starting his sophomore year at Mississippi State University, and Macy will begin her senior year at Boyd Buchanan School in Chattanooga.

These next several months will be very challenging for Michael and his family. In addition to prayers, they could use our financial help to cover some of the significant financial costs while Michael is out of work, such as:

- Hotel stays in Houston for several weeks until they are transferred to the Hope Lodge in Houston.

- The ongoing costs of life back here in Chattanooga with the loss of income, such as mortgage, utilities, and their children's tuition.
