Hi, I'm Michael Barnes. I am totally Blind since I was 27 years old . I am now 44 years old and living on a disability income that is not enough to pay my $700 a month lot rental for my mobile home plus living expenses and utilities. I have been seeking employment for months now with no luck. It's hard to find employment when you are blind though there are many things I am able to do.

I do volunteer work at church handing out food and clothing to the community in our charity work but this doesn't pay my bills. I am seeking this funding to help pay current bills that are in arears and taxes on my Mobile home and to help me acquire specialized equipment I need to aid me with everyday living as a blind person.
