Support Michael Auerbach's Health Journey

My name is Michael Auerbach and I need help with life. My health is not good; I've had cancer, two open-heart surgeries, and glaucoma in both eyes!!! Left eye very bad can hardly see. Only have central vision. I suffer with Tnnitus for many years now in both ears. The picture is from years ago!!

So, I'm looking for a small helping hand. I'm 74 years old, all alone, taking care of myself. It's not easy now, so I'm asking for help, please!!
