On Monday, May 19th, our dear friend and brother, John Schack — lovingly known as “Miata John” — was involved in a devastating car accident that left him with serious injuries.

John is currently recovering at Fort Walton Beach Hospital after undergoing surgery for a severely broken arm and hand, three broken ribs, and a dislocated ankle. His recovery journey will be long, difficult, and expensive.

If you know John, you know he is one of the kindest, strongest, and most generous people around. Whether he’s helping a friend in need or just showing up with a smile, John has always been someone others can count on.
