Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out during a very difficult and vulnerable time in my life. Over the past year, I’ve been dealing with ongoing and worsening health issues including a heart related condition that have significantly affected my ability function day to day.

Recently, I was diagnosed with multilevel damage through my spine and a bulged herniated disc at L5–S1, which has been causing persistent pain and physical limitations like walking, standing. My doctors have recommended further physical therapy, and surgery since for the time being I’ve not been reacting to pain medication as my condition progresses. These steps are necessary to properly prevent long-term damage.

Unfortunately, I’ve been going through all of this medical emergencies uninsured non stop. The financial burden has continued to grow. In addition to the medical care I still need, I am also carrying past medical bills related to ongoing evaluations and treatment. Between existing medical bills, specialist visits, diagnostic testing, imaging, and treatment, the costs have become overwhelming. Delaying care is no longer an option, as my symptoms continue to interfere with my daily life and overall well-being.

This donations will go towards:

• Outstanding medical bills from prior care

• Doctor and specialist neurosurgeon visits

• Physical therapy

• Surgical treatment

• Medications and recovery-related expenses
