In Loving Memory of Mia

Dear Family & Friends,

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write—and even harder to live through. My family and I recently lost my beloved sister Mia, and it has truly caught us all off guard. Mia lived in Austell, GA with her children, but our family’s roots are in Rocky Mount, NC, where we plan to memorialize and lay her to rest.

Right now, we need some help with transporting her back to North Carolina as we work through the details with her insurance and make funeral arrangements. Every bit of support—whether it’s a donation, sharing this message, or simply keeping us in your thoughts—means the world to us.

Mia’s laugh, her smile, her phone calls—she was the life of every room she entered, even when there wasn’t a party. She made it one. We already miss her deeply and will hold her in our hearts forever. She leaves behind three beautiful children whom she loved to life! Two Boys ages 26yr & 18yr & My Niece age 14yrs who will just be starting her Freshman High School Year in Fall. They will continue to need the love and support you all have already shown as they navigate through life without their Mom ❤️.
