Hi, I’m Mia and for six + years I’ve been dealing with constant pain from ovarian cycts, stage four endometriosis, adenomyosis, daily migraines that never stopped for four years & much more.     

This past year things got even harder because I was diagnosed with stage four lymphoma cancer throughout my body and most recently my chemo caused ketoacidosis that put me in the ICU for five days. 

I had hours left before I was about to slip into a coma and I am now left with an life long adrenal insufficiency, which means my body can no longer produce enough stress hormones to survive on its own. I have to wear a medical alert bracelet for life, have mobility aids, and take multiple additional medications every day just to function.

Because of how sick I’ve been, I can’t work or go to school right now and have been going to appointments most days. 

My doctors along with my psych team have also recommended that I get a service/medical alert dog to help with my medical needs and stability which goes for around $15000-30000. Though very expensive, having one can not only help with my physical health but my mental as I also struggle with CPTSD, BPD, anxiety, and depression and more. 

If possible, I’d love to put the donations toward that, as well as other expenses while I focus on recovery.
