Miami Vybz is a premier upscale bar and lounge located in downtown Augusta, Georgia. We saw a need to create a space for sophisticated, career-oriented professionals who appreciate a fun but safe night out. Over the past year, we have faced two major challenges that have significantly reduced foot traffic and the revenue potential needed to stay current with debt used to create the business and payroll. The biggest challenge has been the increased number of law enforcement roadblocks and erroneous traffic stops specifically targeted at nightlife goers in the downtown Augusta area. Due to our responsible customer base, the risk of being pulled over—whether under the influence or not—is too great for them to come out as often. The other challenge has been parking. Parking has always been limited, but now with heavy construction going on downtown, it has become increasingly difficult to find a spot within reasonable walking distance. So, customers sometimes choose to go elsewhere, especially women wearing heels.

Miami Vybz will use the funds to cover payroll, help catch up or eliminate debt, and support new initiatives to bring customers back to us. We were created to provide Augusta with a safe, sophisticated nightlife experience for grown and professional adults. These recent challenges have made it difficult to keep up with our financial obligations, and we are humbly asking for your support to help us keep our doors open.
