Support Mia After Her Mother's Passing

My name is Devin. My friend passed away yesterday and now it's only her 18-year-old daughter left with no immediate family to help support her through this time. Mia just turned 18 this year and now has ALL the responsibilities her mother had including, house payments, bills, car payments and all basic needs to live.
