Support Meya’s Women’s Retreat Journey

Hi, my name is Meya Garcia. I’m 20 years old and have been part of the Casa Grande Seventh-day Adventist Church since I was six. My church family has helped raise me, love me, and shape me into the young woman I am today. This summer, I have the opportunity to attend a women’s retreat—something I’ve never done before. It’s a weekend filled with worship, rest, connection, and spiritual growth. I’m really excited about this chance to recharge my heart and deepen my relationship with God.

The retreat will include worship, art, breakout sessions, and outdoor adventures, all designed to help women grow in faith and build meaningful connections. After going through some hard times—including losing my home in a fire and dealing with health and financial challenges—this retreat feels like something my heart and soul truly need. I believe this experience will help restore my spirit and allow me to return renewed and full of purpose.
