On December 10, 2025, Merideth Sanford suddenly developed a large mass on her neck that required an unexpected hospital stay. Shortly after, she received a life-changing diagnosis: Classic Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Just weeks later, on December 26, 2025, Merideth began her first chemotherapy treatment.
Merideth is a sweet and caring 23-year-old who loves animals and brings kindness to everyone around her. She is autistic and truly amazing—fully aware of what is happening and, in true Merideth fashion, more concerned about others being sad than about herself. Her strength, grace, and gentle spirit have been inspiring to all who know her. Her mother, Susan, shared that Merideth has been an absolute gem throughout this difficult and overwhelming process. Despite the fear and uncertainty, she continues to show courage and compassion every day.
This fundraiser has been created to help ease the financial burden of Merideth’s cancer treatment. Funds raised will assist with medical expenses, treatment-related costs, and lost income. Her parents, Susan and Todd, will need to take time off work to be by Merideth’s side throughout her treatment and recovery. Any donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page and keeping Merideth and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your kindness, love, and support during this challenging time.
