Support MeriCal's Wildfire Relief Efforts

Dear MeriCal Team,

Southern California has recently faced devastating wildfires that have displaced families, impacted entire communities, and created an urgent need for rescue and relief efforts. At MeriCal, we believe in coming together to support those in need during challenging times. Today, we’re reaching out to ask for your help in the form of a donation of any amount.

Starting today, MeriCal has launched a GoFundMe campaign to rally behind three incredible organizations that are making a significant impact during this crisis. Our goal is to raise $4,500, which will be distributed equally to the following organizations:

1. Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation

The LAFD Foundation provides essential resources, tools, and training for the courageous men and women of the Los Angeles Fire Department. These first responders are on the front lines, risking their lives to protect homes, wildlife, and people. Your donations will help ensure they have the equipment and support needed to continue their heroic work.

2. Pasadena Humane Society

Animals are often the overlooked victims of wildfires. The Pasadena Humane Society works tirelessly to rescue, shelter, and care for pets and wildlife displaced by disasters. Your contributions will help provide food, medical care, and safe shelter, ensuring that no animal is left behind and helping to reunite families with their beloved pets.

3. Direct Relief

Direct Relief is a global leader in emergency response, delivering medical supplies and healthcare services to communities affected by natural disasters. In the wake of these wildfires, they are providing essential medications, health kits, and critical support to those who have lost so much. Your donations will directly aid their lifesaving efforts.
