Support Mental Health with NAMI – Give the Gift of Healing

Mental health care should be accessible to all—not just a privilege for those who can afford it. Sadly, far too many individuals, especially in underserved communities, struggle in silence due to financial barriers. Mindful Voices was created to change that.

I am partnering with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to raise $10,000 to provide therapy sessions and mental health education for those who need it most. Every dollar donated goes toward funding life-changing mental health resources for individuals who might not otherwise have access.

How Your Donation Helps

✅ $6,000 – Direct Therapy Support Provides 120+ counseling sessions for individuals in need, ensuring immediate access to care.

✅ $2,000 – Mental Health Awareness Campaign Supports workshops, outreach, and education to break the stigma and equip at least 500 people with mental wellness tools.

✅ $1,200 – Educational & Fundraising Materials Creates t-shirts, posters, and wellness resources to amplify awareness and inspire lasting change.

✅ $800 – Admin & Coordination Costs Covers platform fees, volunteer support, and tools needed to keep our mission running effectively.
