Support Mental Health with NAMI

Mental health should never be a luxury.

Too many people—especially in underserved communities—struggle in silence because they can’t afford the support they need. Mindful Voices was created to change that.

I am organizing a fundraiser in partnership with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to raise $10,000 to directly fund therapy sessions for individuals who otherwise wouldn’t have access to care. Alongside this, we’re launching an awareness campaign to break the stigma around mental health and empower people with tools for wellness and healing.

This initiative is deeply personal. We’ve seen how access to therapy can change—and save—lives. But we’ve also seen how many barriers exist for those who need help the most. Through community support, education, and donations like yours, we’re creating a more compassionate and mentally healthy world.

Where Your Donation Goes

Your support directly funds therapy, outreach, and education. Here's how your donation will be used:

$6,000 – Direct Therapy Support

Covers 120+ counseling sessions for people in need (avg. $50/session through our partner network).

$2,000 – Mental Health Awareness Campaign

Supports workshops, outreach materials, and a campaign to reach at least 500 people with mental health education and tools.

$1,200 – Merchandise & Materials

Produces t-shirts, posters, and wellness resources to fundraise and educate.

$800 – Admin & Coordination Costs

Covers platform fees, volunteer coordination, and tools to keep the campaign running effectively.
