Hi, I’m Anmol. It’s mental health awareness month. For me, navigating the nuances of mental health struggles has meant finding rhythm and strength through people, fitness, and cooking. To honor that journey and support others still searching for their lifeline, I am swimming, running, or walking one mile every single day until May 31st.
Each lap is a reminder that recovery takes endurance, but no one should have to swim against the current alone. I’m reaching out to support the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Massachusetts. Their mission is vital: ensuring everyone impacted by mental health conditions receives the support, education, and advocacy they deserve.
