Let's save the life of Memihir Lisanework and his three family members!

Hello everyone,

My name is Dn. Abel Belachew and I am raising funds for Memihir Lisanework Kasabil, who needs medical treatment abroad. Memihir Lisanework, a resident of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, is a priest and scholar in the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahido Church, specializing in "Aquaquam." He is married and has two children.

Memihir Lisanework moved from North Gondar to Addis Ababa ten years ago to seek better job opportunities. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned, and he eventually became a skilled carpenter to make ends meet. In 2014, while working on a construction site, he fell from the 7th floor of a building and suffered a severe spinal cord injury. This accident left him unconscious for two months and led to paraplegia, incontinence, insomnia, neuropathic pain, and later, heart problems.

The MCM Comprehensive Specialized Hospital has recommended that he receive treatment in Germany. The estimated cost for his three-month stay in Germany is over $30,000, excluding airfare, accommodation, food, additional medical procedures, and the living expenses for his children in his absence. This amount is beyond his financial means.

His wife has become his primary caregiver and the sole breadwinner for their family.
