Hi everyone,
we’re reaching out to ask for help on behalf of our dad. our dad, Melvin, is currently facing some major health issues and has been forced to take an extended leave from work as a result, due to the need for a necessary surgery. while we are hopeful that the surgery will go well, the financial strain of being out of work, combined with medical expenses, as well as everyday living expenses has put a lot of pressure on him and the family.
our dad has always been the first person to help someone in need, he supports others and never asks for anything in return. but now we are asking for help on his behalf.
we’re setting up this GoFundMe to help cover:
- lost income during his recovery
- any medical expenses that may arise
- basic living costs ( like rent, groceries, and utilities) while he’s unable to work
every donation, no matter how small, makes a difference and will go directly towards helping him get through this, without the additional stress of financial hardship. if you’re not in a position to donate, sharing this with others would mean the world to us.
