Support Mel Huffman’s Road to Recovery

Our dear friend, Melanie Huffman, recently experienced a sudden and devastating loss of hearing in her left ear and received a diagnosis of Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss. As part of her treatment plan, she will be receiving hyperbaric oxygen treatments.

This specialized treatment offers a chance for Mel to regain her hearing but it requires her to attend daily two-hour appointments in Scarborough for the month of January. Unfortunately, this means she’ll need to live away from home during her treatment, adding the financial strain of housing, food, and travel expenses to an already challenging time.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to support the Huffmans in covering these unexpected costs so they can focus entirely on Mel's recovery. Every dollar raised will help with:

• Rental accommodations near the clinic

• Gas and travel expenses

• Groceries and daily needs
