With heavy hearts, we share that Randono (Mel) Limmitt was in a tragic vehicle accident on Thursday, May 8, 2025, where he lost his life at the hands of a drunk driver at the age of 31. He was a father of two children, ages 5 and 1.

Mel was working in Mesquite, Texas as a Controls Engineer at the time of the accident. Mel was full of life and had a bright future ahead of him.

This fundraiser is to help Mel’s family with the transportation, funeral and burial expenses. No one is ever prepared for something like this, emotionally or financially, but lifting even part of this weight can bring comfort and practical relief as the family grieves. All remaining donations will go to his two children.
