Mel is a deeply loved member of our Inspire Martial Arts community in Burbank. She is not only a fierce fighter on the mats, but someone who shows up for everyone with kindness, strength, and unwavering support. Mel is the person you can always count on, someone who gives so much of herself to others without ever asking for anything in return.

Her father, Gevork Moghadasian, was that same kind of person. He was incredibly hardworking and spent his life doing everything he could to provide for his family. He was kind, selfless, and always there no matter the time or the situation. If you called him, he would come. If you needed help, he would give whatever he had. He had a contagious laugh, a warm heart, and a way of making everyone around him feel seen and cared for. He was deeply loved, and his presence meant so much to so many.

Losing him has left an unimaginable hole in the hearts of Mel and her family. During this incredibly painful time, we want to come together to support them the way Mel has always supported everyone around her.

All funds will go toward funeral expenses, helping ease the financial burden so her family can focus on grieving, healing, and honoring his life. If you are able to donate or even just share this page, it would mean more than words can express.
