Hi everyone,

I’m in a really tough spot right now, and I’m reaching out for help because I’ve run out of options.

I’ve been out of work since April and have been doing everything I can to find a new job, but nothing has come through. In June, I was in a car wreck that set me back even further — physically, emotionally, and financially. I do most of my activism work in Austin, which means I'm stuck while the car is being repaired. Most recently, I’ve been volunteering remotely to help with the devastating floods in Texas this July, trying to support others even while I’m struggling myself.

Now I’m behind on rent and bills and need at least $1,500 to make it through the month. That would cover the rest of my rent, bills, and a few groceries for the month. I've been trying to figure out what to do. Asking for help like this is hard, but I don’t have much choice right now.
