Melissa Johnson has been my best friend since we were in 6th grade, and for nearly four decades she has been a constant source of kindness, laughter, and love to everyone around her. She’s like family to me—an aunt to my four children—and someone who always shows up for others without hesitation.

Recently, Melissa was hospitalized and, unfortunately, did not have insurance at the time. She has already missed several days of work and will need additional time to recover, creating both medical and financial stress.
