Hello everyone, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for my sister. My 20-year-old sister Melissa, the youngest of three daughters, traveled with our father to explore the mountains in Peru. What was meant to be a special journey turned into a tragedy when their van fell into an abysm. Our dad passed away, and Melissa is now in the hospital fighting for her life. She is currently in the ICU after a serious accident and is fighting for her life. She remains on a ventilator, and we are praying for a miracle so she can breathe on her own. She has a spinal cord injury and will need surgery soon, followed by long-term therapy for her recovery. Unfortunately, her insurance is very limited and does not cover all the expenses. We are doing everything we can, but we cannot do this alone. Every cent counts, and any donation would mean the world to us. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this message.
Melissa means everything to me. She is my little sister, full of hope and dreams, and our family is doing everything we can to support her. Once she recovers from surgery, she will need extensive therapy and a safe place to stay during her recovery. The medical expenses, hospitalization, and ongoing care are overwhelming, and the insurance policy funds were not enough to cover everything. Our family has had to stop working to stay by her side and monitor her condition every day.
Finally, my father, in spirit, is by her side, taking care of her and guiding her toward a full recovery. He never abandoned his daughters, and he never will—especially not his youngest, now when she needs him the most. We are also praying constantly to God to give us strength and guidance, and to surround her with positive energy so she can keep fighting. Please keep Melissa in your prayers. I am certain that Almighty God will bring her through this suffering.
