Hi,

My name is Melissa and I am raising money to help with my medical costs and relocation costs.

I have been suffering with 3 painful chronic conditions that limit my mobility and make me unable to work, which has been absolutely devastating to me mentally. It has caused us to fall on hard times. My husband Kyle has found a new job out in Texas that would help support our family and help pay for my medical treatment, but unfortunately, when we have come to try to sell our house, any possible thing that could go wrong has gone wrong.

This is so hard for me to type and write out because I’ve always been so independent and never ask for help. I always try to do things on my own, but over the last year, I’ve had to accept I can’t do the things I used to do and love. The medical bills alone have been overwhelming, but we have also fallen very behind on our bills. I have always been one to help others and that has always brought me joy but now I am struggling. We are trying everything to get out of these times and have a fresh start, but it has become impossible. To be honest, I have been crying for 3 weeks straight and I am at my breaking point. That has brought me here, embarrassed but asking for help from my friends and loved ones. The house we are living in currently has become not suitable for me to live in with my conditions.
