Hello community,
I’m starting this GoFundMe to help my friend, Melissa. Melissa is an amazing friend, dedicated veterinarian, and intrepid horsewoman. If she’s not at the clinic in her job as an emergency veterinarian, she’s probably at the barn with her horse Raphael.
Recently, Melissa received the difficult news that she has ovarian cancer. She underwent surgery early this year and is now facing the challenges of chemotherapy. As Melissa focuses on her recovery, the financial burden of medical bills and everyday living expenses has become overwhelming. She is unable to work as she undergoes treatment for the next four months.
By coming together, we can help ease some of the stress so Melissa can concentrate on healing and regaining her strength. The world is truly a better place with Melissa in it.
Please join us in supporting her fight against this disease. Any amount you can give is more than appreciated, as well as if you could share this fundraiser with others. Your kindness will make a real difference in Melissa’s recovery.
