Support Melissa's Battle Against Lymphoma
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,
We are reaching out to you today to ask for your support for Melissa Hasenflu. Melissa is a
devoted mother of two, a loving wife to her husband Jeff, and a faithful Christian who has always been a beacon of hope and strength to those around her.
Just a few weeks ago, Melissa was living a perfectly healthy and vibrant life when she suddenly began experiencing severe stomach pains. What started as an ER trip has led to multiple hospital admissions, imaging, tests, and biopsies. Devastatingly, Melissa has been diagnosed with stage 2 Burkitt lymphoma, (pending the results of a bone marrow biopsy, she may be staged further).
Currently, Melissa is in the hospital undergoing intensive chemotherapy treatments. She is receiving chemotherapy every 12 hours for five days straight, a cycle that will repeat every 10 days over the next four months. Each cycle requiring staying as an inpatient during the 5 days because of the intensity of the chemo. This rigorous treatment plan also includes a medport and a port placed in her head (an ommaya Reservoir) to deliver chemo directly to her central nervous system.

The emotional and physical toll of this diagnosis is immense, and much of Melissa's work and daily activities have been put on hold as she battles this aggressive cancer. Despite the hardships, Melissa remains courageous and resilient, focusing on her recovery and the well-being of her family.

We are asking for your help to alleviate some of the financial burdens that come with this fight. Your generous donations will go towards medical expenses, hospital stays, and supporting Melissa's family during this challenging time. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference and provide much-needed relief.
Please join us in supporting Melissa and her family by donating to this GoFundMe campaign. Your prayers, love, and financial support are greatly appreciated as we rally around Melissa in her journey to recovery.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
