Hello, my name is Melissa Dunn. I am humbly asking for help during the hardest time of my life. I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in both lungs, and my health has made it impossible for me to work. With no income and mounting medical challenges.
I have metastatic cervical cancer that has spread to both of my lungs. It’s stage 4, and every day is a battle. My chemotherapy treatments last up to 10 hours at a time, leaving me completely exhausted and in pain. Despite everything, I’ve tried to stay strong and hopeful—but it’s almost impossible nowadays.
I am terrified and overwhelmed. Every day is a struggle just to breathe and stay strong through treatments, and now I have to find a place to live that I can afford with my social security. I only get 1300 a month so I already start the month out in the negative. I’m asking for donations to help cover moving expenses, rent and security for housing, and basic necessities while I try to get back on my feet and focus on my health.
Any amount — no matter how small — would mean the world to me. Your kindness could give me a safe place to stay and a bit of peace during this frightening time. If you can’t donate, please share my story to help spread the word.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading, sharing, and caring.
With love and gratitude,
Melissa Dunn
