Friends (and I know most of my friends are dog lovers),

My neighbor Andrew Lane’s dog, Meli (May-Lee), got out of the house on Monday night and ran. He spent all day yesterday (Tuesday, March 25) looking for her. When we let our dogs out about 7:30 last night, they wouldn’t come back inside. Richard went out to look for them, and they were in the back corner of the yard, and there was Meli across the fence in the neighbor's woods. Her leg was caught in fencing, and she was hanging from it. I immediately called Andrew, and he and Tiffany (his sister) rushed over to get her. They took her to the ER, and sadly, her leg is going to have to be amputated. Andrew is unable to pay for this and is going to start searching for a low-cost clinic today. If you could find it in your heart and wallet to donate to help him get Meli the care she needs, I would be forever grateful. If not, can you please pray for them? He loves his dogs so much and gives them all he can. Thank you in advance.
