Louis battle with Cancer

Hello, my name is Melinda and I’m starting this GoFundMe for my husband. This is a hard thing to do, but we have been put in a situation we never thought we would be in. Since the day I met my husband, he has always been a hard worker. I had 6 kids when we met, and that still didn’t scare him away. He raised them as if they were his own with no hesitation. A couple of years ago, he was laid off work, and soon after that, he started having health issues, making it hard to find work due to those issues.

On Monday, June 16, we got the news we never thought we would get. He has been diagnosed with cancer. Due to not working and waiting on disability, he doesn’t have health insurance and needs help with medical expenses (Dr. visits, meds) as we are paying out of pocket, and this has just put us at our last of funds. We will have to go to Houston for this type of cancer. I pray you can find it in your heart to help; any little thing will be appreciated.
