Continued Support for the Ferry Family

UPDATE: We want to send thanks to all who have helped & supported both financially and emotionally. This has been a very difficult time for the family, especially Keith. He had hoped for 30 more years with the love of his life and is completely devastated by the loss. We welcome and encourage continue emotional support with phone calls and visits

As the we are attempting to finalize outstanding bills and expenses, we are learning the debt is beyond what was initially calculated. The medical bills and cost of care was more than first anticipated. Because of this we are keeping the fundraiser going and continue to be thankful for any help friends and family can provide.

Mel passed peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, November 10th, 2024. For information on services please see obituary or contact the family.

We are asking for help for my brother Keith Ferry and sister-in-law Melanie Hamm-Ferry.

Recently, Keith and Mel were hit with some devastating news. Mel's illness has worsened and is beyond treatment. Keith and Mel have decided together that hospice is the best option and will allow Mel to spend the limited time left with her loved ones.

Keith has been juggling maintaining a household and caring for Mel. As a small business owner, funds have been limited or non-existent, and now with the impending outcome, there has not been time or an opportunity to put funds aside for Mel's final expenses.

We are asking for any help friends and family may be able to offer, towards final expenses and the enormous mountain of outstanding medical bills. Any amount will help and even the littlest adds up.
