In April 2024, my mother, Meilute, was diagnosed with aggressive HER2+ breast cancer. From that day forward, her life changed dramatically as she embarked on a challenging journey filled with numerous medical appointments and tests.

She began her long battle with aggressive chemotherapy treatments shortly after her diagnosis. In December 2024, Meilute completed her chemotherapy—a significant milestone—and is now preparing for a mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection. If all goes as planned, she will soon start weeks of physiotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiotherapy to aid her recovery.

Right now, Meilute is facing one of the toughest battles of her life. To support her, I have set up this GoFundMe so that she doesn’t feel alone in her fight. Every donation, no matter the size, will help her in this battle against aggressive cancer.
