We are organizing this on behalf of our friend Meghan and her new family of 3 with a micro-preemie. As a Certified Child Life Specialist and selfless human, Meghan is known to be the one who takes care of others and rarely asks for help herself. Her husband Todd is also in the helping profession, working for years as a paramedic and now in medical school.
After finally and excitedly becoming pregnant with a baby girl, Meghan developed severe pre-eclampsia and had to undergo an emergency c-section at 24 weeks. On October 1, 2025 tiny and mighty fighter (like her mama) Noa Isabelle Hodgkiss was born weighing just under a pound.
Although Noa is exceeding expectations in the NICU it will be a long road for her and her parents. On top of it all, Meghan, is not out of the hospital yet dealing with complications from the pregnancy and delivery. This makes it a long road to recovery for Meghan herself while they navigate Noa’s care as a family.
Meghan and Todd are never ones to ask for help, so we are doing it for them. Please consider donating to help offset the financial burden that comes with long, complicated hospital stays. If you are not in a place to donate financially—prayers, healing vibes and positive thoughts are always welcome
Additionally, here is the link to their baby registry as the baby shower that was planned may be reconsidered: https://my.babylist.com/meghan-garson
Thank you for taking the time to read this!—Cat and Danielle
