- Hello, I am reaching out to ask for help for my dear friend Meghan Moore. Meghan has had an unimaginably hard year due to many hardships. Meghan is a single mother of 4 children. Meghan is the most kind, loving, caring, and loyal person that I know. She is always trying to handle everything on her plate without asking for help.
- Meghan lost her mother in January to lung cancer. Meghan took care of her mother for 4 months after being diagnosed. Then in May, she lost her sister unexpectedly. Meghan then gained custody of 2 of her sister’s children. Neither Meghan’s mother nor sister had life insurance, and Meghan managed to pay for cremation and memorial services for both.
- If Meghan hadn’t already been through enough this year, on Oct 20, 2024, she suffered a massive stroke. Recovery from the stroke is going to be a long road and she will not be able to work. Meghan is going to have to go to extensive therapy. The stroke affected her mobility of her arm and leg, vision, and speech. Meghan is improving and will eventually return home if she has a home to go to.
- So, I am asking for support so she does not lose everything that she has worked so hard for. She has 4 children that also depend on the stability of her home. As everyone knows, there’s a lot that financially goes into running a home and raising 4 children. Anything donated will go to paying Meghan’s household bills, her care, and the care of the children.
