Support Megan's Surgery and Recovery
Donation protected
Hello Friends and Family,
For those new faces, my name is Megan, and like many others, I am doing my best as a full-time employee and full-time student. For years, I have supported numerous Native American youth through community organization and volunteerism. I'm the oldest to my two younger siblings, and my family comes from Klagetoh. I grew up in Salt River and was raised by my two loving parents, Debbie Nez-Manuel and the late Royce Manuel. I love to crochet, read, bake, care for animals, and spend time with my family and friends.
I'm stepping out of my comfort zone on this one and sharing some personal stuff. Recently, I had a painful injury that required a visit to the ER. There, they were able to confirm my injury needs surgical repair. This injury leaves me temporarily unable to work. Recovery time will be between 4-8 weeks, depending on how my body heals. I'm working with the healthcare team to get a surgery set up and still finalizing the details. At this time, I am still unsure of the final cost, but I do know any extra cost, I simply cannot afford.
This is where I need to lean on the kindness of my family, friends, friends of friends, and my community. No matter how much, your support will make a significant difference in covering costs accrued by this surgery and through my recovery. I deeply appreciate your kindness and generosity.
I am also accepting donations through Zelle and Cashapp.
