Medical school applications are more than just a dream—they’re a financial hurdle that stops many incredible future physicians before they ever get the chance to begin. I’m raising $5,500 to help my dear friend and colleague, Megan Caruso, take the next step toward becoming a doctor.

Megan has worked incredibly hard and has been a true team player at the Memory and Aging Program, where she shows up every day with kindness, dedication, and a genuine desire to help others. She has a rare ability to make everyone around her feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated—patients and coworkers alike. She gives so much of herself to others, and now I want to make sure she feels that same love and support in return.

Applying to medical school is extremely expensive. Between primary applications, secondary applications, and interview-related travel, the costs add up quickly and can be overwhelming. Every dollar raised through this fundraiser will go directly toward:
