My name is Emmet and I’m working on raising money for my wife, Megan. She has been diagnosed with a rare brain disease known as an AVM. We need your help to get this mother of three healthy and cured.

For most of her life Megan has been dealing with chronic pain and headaches. But recently symptoms became so bad Megan was taken to the Emergency Room. What doctors assumed would be a routine CT-Scan for migraines resulted in a transfer to Neurosurgery-ICU where the diagnosis was made.

Initially there was some relief in finding a potential cause to much of her pain. That was followed by the reality of speaking to doctors and understanding the complexity of brain diseases and potential cures.
