Support Megan's Fight Against Chiari Malformation

I'm reaching out to you today on behalf of Megan Wynne, a beloved friend and member of our community who is facing another uphill battle in her journey with Chiari Malformation. For those who may not be familiar, Chiari Malformation is a neurological condition where brain tissue extends into the spinal canal, causing a range of debilitating symptoms.

Megan has already shown incredible resilience in facing this condition, but unfortunately, she is now preparing for another surgery less than a year after her last one. This upcoming surgery is expected to be more extensive, and the road to recovery will be longer and more challenging.

To ensure Megan's best chance at a successful recovery, she needs to travel to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore for the surgery and remain there for over two weeks. This means not only covering the substantial costs of the surgery itself, but also the expenses associated with food and lodging for her and her family during their stay.

As you can imagine, the financial strain of facing another surgery so soon after the last one is immense. Megan and her family are already grappling with the expenses incurred from her previous surgery earlier this year, and the prospect of shouldering these additional costs is overwhelming.
