We are asking for help to get Megan Stork Martinez a Wife, Mother, Sister, Daughter, and Warrior in Christ a full time nurse to be able to come into the home while her husband is at work, and also to help with any other medical expenses that may occur. The most important thing is to keep her safe and strong. This will allow friends and family the opportunity to keep the household running smoothly for her daughters Alexanderia and Isabel.
Here is her story...... she has referred to it as her Wonderful Disaster........
Her cancer story began when she was first diagnosed 10 years ago with stage 3 and had a 2nd surgery telling her it reached stage 4 in 2017. (God doesn't care about the #'s...healing is easy for him. We know this) Both times, her surgeon has said that he doesn't understand her genetics...Her response is that it's not genetics, it's Jesus.
In December, She finished her chemo, and had an MRI on the 18. Her visit with the oncologist described it as beautiful. Ten days later, She had a partial seizure, followed by 2 more within 2 weeks. Her Dr.s had her back in...had 2 more MRI's, and they saw new growth. Battling through another surgery and Chemo like a true warrior would, she is a FIGHTER and continues to fight.
2 Corinthians 12 7-10 says it best

Because of these surpassingly great revelations. Therefore, in order to keep me from becoming conceited, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Satan wants to scare her, but I am refusing. Please start praying! I refuse to let Satan win! Healing, healing, healing in Jesus name!
