Stand Together: Aid Megan and Family in Fight Against Cancer

Megan Stevens is a devoted mother of four, three of her own and a wonderful stepson. She is an incredible wife, and a friend to so many. She is now facing the toughest battle of her life, a diagnosis of stage 3c cancer, and it has completely turned her world upside down. It has been 8 weeks of terrible pain and several appointments to decide the next steps. She will be undergoing aggressive chemotherapy and radiation treatments starting Nov 1st. As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly challenging time for her and her family as it has taken an emotional toll on all of them as well as creating a serious income strain for their family.

Megan is known for her vibrant, dynamic personality, her ability to commit herself fully into everything she does. She spreads love and wonder to everyone around her. She’s the kind of person who brightens up a room with her laughter, and she’s always been the one to step up and help those she loves in times of need. This time she is facing her own battle and needs our help.

Due to the aggressive nature of her illness, she’s been unable to work, and will not be returning in the near future. Medical bills, daily living expenses, and the cost of caring for four children have put immense pressure on her family. Her husband is doing everything he can to support them, but they’re struggling to keep up with the financial challenges of this battle. Their children are working hard to maintain their grades, while actively participating in sports as well. The two girls have recently taken on more hours at work to help their family as much as possible during this challenging time.
