On Thursday, June 4th, Megan had a medical episode while driving and was in a car accident. She is suffering from a stroke and also had a brain bleed. The brain bleed has improved, but she still has lingering stroke symptoms that she will be working through. Megan is currently in the ICU at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. The family is doing their best to stay strong during this incredibly difficult time.
Megan is a loving wife to Jeff and wonderful mother of six children. The youngest five are eight years old and younger, and their oldest just graduated high school and is planning to go to college in the fall.
Both Megan and Jeff work, but now the family is down to just one income. Jeff is working when he can, but has been home with their young children as much as possible, wanting to keep life as normal as possible for the kids. With Megan unable to work for the foreseeable future, the family is seeking support to help pay for bills, and keep the family afloat. Their focus is on Megan's recovery and the well-being of their children. Many people have reached out asking how they can help. Megan's family is deeply grateful for all the prayers and support they've received.
Donations will be placed in a dedicated account and used to help cover household expenses, childcare needs, travel expenses, and other recovery-related costs while Megan is hospitalized and undergoing rehabilitation. The funds will be managed by her sisters, Jessica and Kristina, who are coordinating support for the family during this difficult time.
Thank you for visiting this page and caring about Megan and her family.
