Support Megan Castro's Fight Against Cancer

Megan Elizabeth Castro is a loving wife, mother, daughter, aunt, friend, and dedicated nurse. Most importantly, Megan is the greatest sister anyone could ever ask for. My sister, my confidant, my closest friend. Four years ago, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Gianna. In 2023, her twin boys, Frankie and Gavino, joined the family. In October, she married her best friend, Dominic. Last month, with their three amazing kids in tow, they moved into their first home.

In the chaotic midst of moving, unpacking, decorating, and chasing around her munchkins, Megan has now been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. While we are hopeful that this terrible disease was caught early, she is still facing a future full of unknowns. She is scheduled to have surgery immediately, with the hope that all of the cancer can be removed. Unfortunately, further testing and treatment may still be necessary.

With three small kids to take care of and a new house, we are asking for any help possible to help alleviate some of the financial burden that Megan and her family will be facing while she is on medical leave from work.
