Did you know that approximately 40% to 57% of Americans are only one paycheck away from homelessness?

I'm asking for help for some friends that have become more like my own family than just friends over the past 6 years. Megan and Anthony have 2 sweet daughters and 3 adorable doggos. Anthony is working full time and then in the evenings/days off part time as well. Megan put her career aside for the past 10+ years while raising her young daughters and coordinating a local non-profit organization that brings mothers of young children together into community. Megan attempted to go back to work last year, but was forced to leave before the end of the year after battling constant medical issues that have required her to be in and out of the hospital and left her with a long list of doctors and specialists to see on a consistent basis. Now that Megan is not working full time anymore, Anthony and Megan have been doing all they can to make ends meet doing part time work on the side....but life has officially caught up with them and the bills are coming in faster than they can pay them. They hate asking for help, so I'm asking for them. Megan has been the friend I didn't know I needed for the past 6 years, showing up for me in every darkest moment I had, praying over me and my family, taking me to doctor's appointments, ER trips, and helping keep me sane when I felt like I was losing my mind. She showed up with her girls both times my boys were admitted to the hospital and showed me what living in real community was like and how to be a kinder person and mother. She is one of those friends you only meet once in a lifetime and I'm blessed to have her as my sister in Christ. I'm asking for anyone who is able to please contribute to helping my friends get back on their feet, so Megan and Anthony can focus on their family and Megan's health. I have been where they are financially, I believe many of us have and if it wasn't for the grace of God and kind hearts of friends, family, and even some strangers I'm not sure where I'd be today.
