Support Meechy Barko's Road to Recovery

My name is Ray and the handsome pup in the photo is my best friend, Meechy Barko, aka Fatboy. I got him a week into the COVID lockdown when he was 9 weeks old. He was born on January 17, 2020, sharing the same birthday with Muhammad Ali and Betty White. The night I brought him home, I discovered he snored like an old man. He eventually grew into his thunderous snore. That snore has become the sound of safety, peace, and love.

So, I’m writing this hoping that anyone who can will help us out. Last year, Meechy was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. This last week he was hospitalized for two days and received a blood transfusion.

He’s bouncing back but he still has a long road to getting back to 100%

We need any help we can get. He’s been treated at one of the best animal hospitals in Colorado but as we all know, pet care is extremely expensive.

He’s my heart, I didn’t know what unconditional love was before he came into my life.
