I was recently working in a conflict zone in Eastern Europe (I have had to omit the name due to this platform’s regulations, but I believe it is obvious) with their military medics, who are currently fighting tirelessly to defend their country from invasion. We were working in a place called a STAB point, close to the frontline. Which is essentially a makeshift frontline Hospital, with the purpose of stabilizing wounded soldiers prior to transport. The STAB point was hit by five Russian drones and destroyed a few days after we left.

The medics and doctors operating there built this subterranean hospital on their own, commandeering an excavator from a neighboring farmer. All of their hard work, and medical equipment was destroyed.

The men and women operating there are normal people doing extraordinary things, with very little. They are now trying to rebuild, so they can once more try to save the lives of their countrymen.
