Support Medical Care and Housing Costs

Susan Ronnemose (Susie), from Deer Lodge, MT was urgently sent to Salt Lake City, UT on February 19th to undergo emergency testing after alarming and inconsistent blood results. Upon further testing, Susie has been diagnosed with life threatening B-Cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

This is a cancer that affects the lymphocytes; white blood cells that grow in the soft center of your bones called marrow. The cancer cells eventually compromise the bloodstream, and then subsequently all the organs of the body.

Susie is now faced with untenable medical costs, as her insurance will cover the cost of her treatment, but not the 6 months of rent and living expenses she will need while she is living in Salt Lake City. Unfortunately the treatment she needs isn't offered anywhere in Montana.

Additionally, she will require a live in caregiver, as the cancer treatment will leave her without much strength. The cost of the caregiver will not be covered by her insurance either.

We are a proud family and we're reluctant to ask for help, but it is truly needed. Any help you can give Susie during Her battle would be greatly appreciated.
