Hi, my name is Keitra, and I’m the aunt of Tamekka McFee, lovingly known to all of us as “Mecko.” We the family are asking for any donations to help give Mecko a well deserved home-going celebration.

Our family is devastated by the sudden and heartbreaking loss of our angel on Earth. Mecko was only 38 years old and the light of our lives. She was more than a niece, she was our protector, our helper, our joy. She made it her mission to take care of her mom, dad, sisters, cousins, uncles, and especially her aunties. Whether it was driving us to the store, helping us remember our phones and purses, or making sure we never got lost, Mecko made sure we were always cared for.

She was OUR everything, and losing her has left a hole in our hearts we don’t know how to feel!

We’re trying to raise money to help her grieving parents cover funeral expenses. Her passing was completely unexpected, and like many families, we weren’t prepared for such a tragedy.
