We are Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán (M.E.Ch.A.), a recognized student organization at San Diego State University. Our 53rd Annual High School Conference is coming up this November, so we are looking for a way to provide the right tools to support the attending high schoolers.

Through our high school conference, we hope to inspire high schoolers from underprivileged backgrounds to achieve higher education and pursue a career. The conference itself provides workshops, entertainment, a key speaker, complimentary food, a parent workshop, and additional resources for community members and parents.

In the past, our high school conference has hosted 750 high schoolers; however, this year we expect over 800 students.
