Hello, my name is Meagen and my 17-year-old daughter just found out at 30 weeks pregnant that her baby has a Congenital Heart Defect. She was diagnosed with an underdeveloped right heart, also known as Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome. She will need a series of three surgeries starting at birth. We have our first appointment with the pediatric cardiologist on March 14, 2025. This is about an hour and a half to two hours one way. This will be the first of many. She will have to deliver at UCLA because the baby will need immediate surgery.

We are asking for donations to help with gas, hotels, food, and bills. I will also gladly take gas cards/food gift cards as well. I will have to take some time off to take her to these appointments and the couple of weeks we will have to be there after birth/surgery and then the follow-up visits. I am the only income in the house. Anything is greatly appreciated and if you cannot donate, a share is also greatly appreciated. We can’t thank you enough.
