Hi, my name is Marek I’m 20 years old and I am honoured to have qualified to represent Ireland at the IFMA Senior World Championships in Turkey from May 22nd to the 31st, 2025. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete against the best Muay Thai athletes from around the world, and I am training harder than ever to make my country, my gym, and my supporters proud.

This prestigious event will host up to 1,000 athletes from over 150 countries, making it one of the largest Muay Thai competitions in the world.

Competing on this stage is an incredible honour, and I am determined to come home with Gold.

I train at Waterford Muay Thai in Co. Waterford and I'm are incredibly proud to represent our gym and community on this international stage.

I started training Muay Thai at 12 years old & had my first fight just 3 months later. After my first fight I knew this is what I want to do.

Over the years, I have dedicated countless hours to training,competing, and pushing myself to be the best I can be. Some of my biggest achievements include:

Representing Ireland at this level has been what I’ve had my mind set on for years, and I am determined to give my absolute best on the world stage.
